Camden Village Businesses Shine at the 2026 Camden Local Business Awards

Spirit of Camden | 2026-07-08 | Camden

The Camden Local Business Awards were held at Wests Auditorium in Campbelltown on Monday 6 July 2026, celebrating the passion, commitment and hard work of businesses across the Camden area.

With 325 finalists recognised across 33 categories, the evening showcased the strength, diversity and determination of Camden’s local business community.

For our local businesses, it was a proud night, with a number of businesses specifically from the township of Camden recognised as winners across a range of categories.

Among the businesses from Camden Village area winners were Arta Atelier, Simply Divine Beauty, Hamper Culture, iC Care, JLM Conveyancing Camden, and nearby Camden South favourite Pizza Spot.

ArtA Atelier took out the Bakery/Cake Business category, a fitting recognition for a business where desserts are treated as an art form. Based in Camden, ArtA Atelier is known for handmade creations by chef Armen, with the business described as a place “where passion meets craftsmanship in every bite.”

Simply Divine Beauty was named winner in the Beauty Services category. Located on Argyle Street, Camden, the business has proudly cared for clients across the Macarthur region for 20 years, building a loyal community through genuine care, exceptional service and results-driven treatments.

Hamper Culture was another local success story, winning the Antiques, Arts, Crafts and Gifts category. Known for boutique, personalised and corporate hampers, Hamper Culture is often seen at events around Camden and has become a much-loved gifting business in the region.

Peta from Hamper Culture shared her excitement after winning the Local Business Award for the third time, saying:

“Running a small business is filled with early mornings, late nights, challenges, and celebrations, and we’re so grateful that we get to do what we love every single day.”

She added:

“Creating thoughtful hampers that help people celebrate, connect, and show they care is a privilege we never take for granted.”

iC Care, also known as Inclusive Community Care, was named winner in the Specialised Business category. The organisation supports frail aged people, younger people with disability, and their carers to remain living independently at home in the Camden Local Government Area. After being a finalist in 2024 and 2025, the 2026 win was a wonderful recognition of their ongoing community care and support.

JLM Conveyancing Camden was recognised as the winner of the Most Inclusive Employer category. Based in Hill Street, Camden, JLM Conveyancing has been in business since October 1998 and provides conveyancing services across Macarthur and regional areas. Led by principal Jacinta Mass, the business has a long history of recognition, including previous Camden-Wollondilly Local Business Awards wins and other professional awards.

Just outside the Camden township, Pizza Spot in Camden South also had reason to celebrate, taking out the Fast Food/Takeaway category. Known for its pizzas, ribs and local customer following, the team shared their gratitude after the win:

“So very honoured to win the Local Business Award last night. This incredible win wouldn’t have been possible without our hardworking team and the amazing support of our local customers.”

They continued:

“We pour our hearts into what we do every day, and receiving this recognition from our local community means the world to us. Thank you to everyone who has supported Pizza Spot on this journey. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all.”

The Camden Local Business Awards are an important opportunity to acknowledge the people behind the shopfronts, services, venues and small businesses that keep our local economy moving. To be selected as a finalist among 325 businesses across 33 categories is an achievement in itself, and to take home a category win is a reflection of strong community support, consistency and dedication.

To all the winners, finalists, nominees and hard-working businesses across Camden Village and the wider area, congratulations. Every small business owner is a winner in our eyes because there’s a lot that goes into business and we appreciate your hard work.

Camden Village is proud to celebrate the businesses that continue to make our town vibrant, welcoming and full of local character.
